We have tried to make ordering PESCO equipment as quick and easy as possible. FOR ALL ITEMS OTHER THAN PESCO SPILL CONTAINMENT SYSTEMS: Orders can be faxed, emailed, or phoned in. Simply provide your purchase order number along with the part numbers of the equipment you want. If you have questions about any of our products, call our customer service department at 1-800-789-6442. Once your purchase order is received and processed, we can typically ship any item within 24 hours. In rare instances we may be out of stock. If that is the case, we will advise a scheduled ship date to you via phone or fax within 24 hours. We can ship within 5 days in almost every case. Our Fax Number is 215-661-1878. Our normal business hours are 7:30AM until 5:30PM Eastern Time. For PESCO Spill Containment Systems: PESCO Spill Containment Systems are designed for ease of ordering and installation. Each kit comes complete with all the hardware and supplies needed for installation. To make sure you have the right kit for the job, rack or cabinet dimensions must be exact. Spill Containment Systems must extend to at least 1" beyond the outermost dimensions of the rack. Our kits are manufactured with a 2" inside bottom rail. This means that the kit dimension must be at least 4" (2 inches on all sides) outside the rack or cabinet base. For example if the rack is 20" wide X 100" long, the Pesco spill kit dimensions must be at least 24" wide X 104 long". The spill kit can be made wider and/or longer if desired. If you do not know the dimensions, but know the rack or cabinet manufacturer and the model number, PESCO can supply the rack and/or cabinet dimensions. Again, just call our customer service number 1-800-789-6442. Spill Kits must have 4" high sidewalls, must be liquid tight, and must be able to neutralize electrolyte (sulfuric acid & water) to a pH of between 7 and 9. The type of floor covering to be used with the Spill Kit will depend on the type of flooring under the battery rack or cabinet. If the floor is concrete, you may use rubber sheeting, epoxy floor coating, or a liner. On other than concrete floors such as vinyl tile or raised flooring, rubber sheeting or a liner will probably be required. It is critical to a timely, properly installed system to order the right floor covering. Please provide the following information to insure proper sizing and floor coating: Battery Rack/Cabinet Manufacturer _____________________ Rack Part No.____________ To determine how many gallons of epoxy floor coating will be required, divide the total number of square feet within the spill kit by 100.
